Return & Refund Policy

Direct To Consumer

You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged product(s) within 30 days of purchase date. Products that have been opened, altered in any way, or are past their expiration date are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Pure Essentials agrees otherwise in writing. To initiate a return please contact the Client Services team at clientservices@pure-essentials.com or call us at 212-758-3200. Prior authorization from Client Services and proof of purchase is required for all returns. Approved refunds will only be credited to the original payment method, or, if this is not possible, Pure Essentials will issue a store credit of the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.

Sometimes accidents happen. If there are concerns of damage, incorrect product shipped, or other discrepancies, Pure Essentials requires this to be communicated within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement. No refund will be given. Pictures of the damaged packaging or damaged product(s) will be required. Product replacement requires written approval from Client Services.


Wholesale

Wholesale partners may return unopened, unused, and undamaged product(s) within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the partner unless Pure Essentials agrees otherwise in writing. Prior authorization from Client Services and proof of purchase is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will be charged for all returns.
